Blanca is the superwoman to the practice. Without her, well, it just wouldn't work as well. She has been an integral part since 1993 and has taken ownership ever since. She is what makes our family practice truly a family. Her skills in radiology as well as managing an office make her a daily necessity, not to mention her fluency in Spanish. In her spare time, she raises 4 beautiful children.

Eileen has been an invaluable part of the practice for 25 years. As the longest standing employee, the practice relies on her for both business and clinical experience. She is truly dedicated to the quality of care we strive for every day. She was a pioneer with Dr. Elliot Flick and continued as a mainstay with Dr. Schlutz. After earning her degree from the University of Pittsburgh as an RDH, she moved to the great state of Maryland to establish her roots as an esteemed hygienist in Rockville. She has a beautiful and talented daughter named Alexandra.
